Terms and Conditions
T’s and C’s Allerguard Water Filter Competition Values at R200 each: 1. The competition is open to all consumers in the Republic of South Africa, except the employees of iNova Pharmaceuticals and their immediate families, advertising and promotion agencies and associated companies. Only one (1) entry is permitted per consumer. 2. The competition will run from 16th October to 30th November 2018. The Competition closes on the 30th November 2018. 3. Participation constitutes acceptance of the rules and instructions pertaining to this competition and entrants agree to abide by these rules. 4. The two winners will be randomly selected from KwaZulu-Natal. The two winners will be contacted via telephone on the number provided via the SMS line and will be asked to provide their email address. The winner will be notified from an iNova representative, within eight (8) days of the prize draw, drawn will be done on 3rd of December 2018 and winners will be announced on the 5th of December 2018. The prize will be delivered by courier to the winner. Delivery of the prize could take up to 4 weeks from date of announcement. 5. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash. 6. Valid entries must include the following: Name, Contact Number and Pharmacy Name to 41076 *. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 7. Any inappropriate or offensive entries (as deemed by iNova) will be deleted. 8. The governing law to apply in respect to this promotion is that of the Republic of South Africa and WASPA. 9. If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may substitute a prize of like or equal value. iNova cannot guarantee that the images of the prize will be the exact models delivered to prize winners. If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party prize supplier and the provision of the prize is the sole responsibility of the third party and not the Promoter 10. iNova collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to South African regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional upon providing this information. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the collection and use of personal information as set forth herein. 11. All entries become the property of iNova. iNova will not use the content of entries for the purpose of future promotions. 12. Eligible entrants consent to iNova using their name, likeness and/or image in the event they are a winner (including photographs, films) in any media for an unlimited period, without any remuneration. 13. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as planned the Promoter reserves the right to (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion. 14. Nothing in the promotion shall be construed as an obligation or inducement to recommend the prescribing, purchase, or use of any of the Promoter’s products.
